Information We Collect
We may collect information you submit through contact, partner, listing, relocation, commercial, and valuation forms, including name, email, phone, ZIP code, address, property details, timing, service interest, consent status, and message content.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, route leads by market or ZIP code, prepare valuation or listing follow-up, coordinate brokerage services, maintain internal records, improve the website, and comply with legal or regulatory duties.
Valuation Requests
Automated valuation requests may be stored with property facts, estimate ranges, comparable-property summaries, confidence notes, provider-response summaries, assigned routing information, and consent timestamps. Automated estimates are informational only and require broker review before pricing or listing decisions.
Sharing
Information may be shared with the broker of record, assigned agents, receptionist or intake staff, approved service providers, email/SMS providers, database providers, valuation/IDX providers, and partners only when needed to respond to your request or operate the brokerage workflow.
Communications Consent
By submitting a form, you authorize contact by phone, email, text, or similar method about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications, but transactional or compliance communications may still be sent when appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
You may request that we update or remove your contact information by emailing hello@nextspacetx.com. Some records may be retained when needed for brokerage, legal, audit, or compliance purposes.
